Sorry I don't haven't anything too exciting to post, Dave and I have come down with the flu. But we did eat at a good place called Rudy's last Friday, they had some delicious brisket and smoked turkey!

This is definitely something I want to learn how to cook, gonna have to invest in a smoker.
