2nd Part of July 4th

We had homemade ice cream on the 4th. We just made vanilla and added toppings to it. Mine had brownies, strawberries and chocolate syrup.

Monday we all had the day off from work, so we headed up to Strawberry Reservoir to fish. We were suppose to meet Blake since he camped up there for the weekend but his phone died so we never caught up with him.

All Robin and I caught were crawdads. One is dangling from her line if you look closely.

This is what the crawdads look like. We should have trapped some and brought them home to eat.

We left Strawberry and stopped and fished the stream in Daniels Canyon. Dad finally got the first fish of the day.

Nick caught a brown trout about the same size a little while later.

After fishing we went and saw Toy Story 3. It was a pretty good show. I would recommend it.

To end the day we grilled up some steaks and sweet corn.
