She is still alive!! She actually is doing really well. She is up and moving around and would love to be back in the coop with the other birds. We just can't put her in there yet or they will start pecking at her wound again. They will peck at it since it is shiny and catches their eye.
I spent a half hour trying to at least get a decent photo to show you what her wound looks like now. This is the best one out of ten! I will try to get a better one, this picture just doesn't show anything. She does have a pretty big hollow spot on her right side now. It actually isn't too bad since her wing covers some of it.
She is even taking dust baths again. Which to be honest I don't know if that is good for the wound, but she seems happy.
I still think she is one of the prettier birds.
